The Village Griots LLC is a for-profit educational and creative enterprise headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded and led by Rowena L. Andrews, TVG operates as an interconnected ecosystem of consulting, publishing, digital education, and creative media — delivering transformation through learning, storytelling, and healing-centered innovation.
What began as a life-skills and career-readiness initiative has grown into a full media and educational brand with eight specialized divisions. At the core of every program is the proprietary SRG Framework™ — an integrated model combining Shadow Integration, Abuse Recovery, and Spiritual Growth, delivered alongside the Matryoshka Method™ for structured personal development. Rowena L. Andrews is the founder, chief executive officer, and driving creative force behind The Village Griots LLC. A Charlotte, North Carolina-based entrepreneur, educator, and coach, Rowena has spent her career at the intersection of storytelling, personal transformation, and community empowerment. Her work is rooted in a foundational belief: that the tools for healing, learning, and creative expression belong to everyone — and that access to those tools changes lives.
Out of that belief, Rowena developed the SRG Framework™ — a proprietary coaching and educational model integrating Shadow Integration, Abuse Recovery, and Spiritual Growth, delivered alongside the Matryoshka Method™ for structured personal development. The SRG Framework™ is not a theoretical construct. It is the product of lived experience, professional training, and years of direct work with individuals navigating life transitions, identity challenges, and creative ambition. It now sits at the core of every TVG program — from consulting and coaching to publishing, digital education, and faith-centered learning.
Under Rowena’s leadership, The Village Griots LLC has grown from a life-skills and career-readiness initiative into the full TVG Media Group Brand and educational hub housing eight specialized divisions — including Village Global Press, The Visual Vault, Village Global Consulting, Crowned in Motion, M3DL, EEZE.online, the Visual Vault Studio Podcasts, and the Rowena “TheBoss” Andrews AI Coach Branch. Each division reflects a different dimension of her vision: that a village thrives when its members are seen, equipped, and free to develop their specialized skills, tell their own stories.
